It is necessary to report:

1. Any accident/incident resulting in obvious trauma such as, but not limited to, limb deformity, wound, swelling or pain.

2. Any accident/incident that could necessitate, or result in, medical attention or the need for parental observation for symptoms of further complications, including, but not limited to, potential concussions, fractures, sprains and internal, non obvious, injuries.
